Returns & Exchanges

  • Jewelry purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of being signed for. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, initiate your return from the Order History section of your customer account or contact us via email helas@helas-au.com.
  • Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, and sent back in its original packaging and original receipt.
  • There is a charge for return shipping should be paid by you or be deducted from your refund.  We suggest that you pack your item(s) securely in its original packaging and send it via an insured, traceable shipping method. HELAS will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.
  • Exclusions

    Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

    Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items.

    Please also note that if an item has been worn or its security tag removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process.Once we receive your parcel, it takes up to 2-4 days for us to process your request. After your return request is approved, the refund (excluding the shipping costs) will be issued to your account.
