Returns & Exchanges

  • Jewelry purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of being signed for. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, initiate your return from the Order History section of your customer account or contact us via email helas@helasjewerly.com.

  • Note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection. Items must be unworn.

  • We cover return shipping for items with quality issues. Returns/exchanges for personal reasons are accepted without handling fees, but return shipping to our China warehouse is the customer's responsibility.

  • Most of our products are eligible for return, except for Made to Order and Customized Jewelry.

  • Refunds typically take one to two weeks to process. Upon receiving your package, we need 4-7 business days to process your request. Once your return is approved, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your account.
