Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the latest date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select one of our expedited shipping options below at checkout.

 

Standard Shipping: Free (Around 7-10 Business Days - Allow up to 3-5 additional business days for order processing. Made-to-order items ship when ready).

 

Expedited Shipping: $14 (Around 4-7 Business Days - Allow up to 1-2 additional business days for order processing. Made-to-order items ship when ready).

 

Shipping Time

From Order to Ship

In order to offer a broad selection of jewelry on our website, we do not carry all of our pieces in stock. Some special pieces are made-to-order. This means that these items are handmade after you place your order which can take anywhere between two days to a week. If there's a specific date you need your piece by, contact us and we will do our best to ensure you receive your piece in time.

 

Availability for each piece is noted on its product page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something in asap. If you need something by a specific date, it never hurts to confirm shipping times with us before purchasing by emailing helas@helas-au.com

 

Your order is expected to ship out on the estimated shipping date listed in your order confirmation email. Note that this is the estimated shipping date from the date you added the item to your cart, not the date when you checked out. If there are multiple dates please note that all items will ship together on the latest date listed and this is the date when your package will leave our warehouse.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we offer internationally shipping for most of countries. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

 

Shipping and Handling

We provide insured shipping service on your order, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.

 

For added security, all shipments require signatures on delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

 

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email helas@helas-au.com. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
